You can pay for your subscription using a credit or debit card, or request an invoice for wire transfer payments in (USD, CAD, EUR and UAH). We offer flexible payment options, including monthly and annual invoices with automatic renewal. If you need special payment options or a different currency, please ask your account manager.
To increase the number of users in your package, you can easily order additional user licenses through your account in our shop. Simply select the product “WebSCM. Additional Users” with the corresponding Monthly or Yearly periods. The associated cost will be applied based on the number of users added and will be charged from the current date. At the next billing cycle, you will receive an adjustment to synchronize invoicing for the main package and the extra users.
Each package includes 200 GB of data storage (excluding backups). If you exceed this limit, you can purchase Additional Computing Units (ACU). Our system will notify you as you approach your storage limit, allowing you to upgrade seamlessly.
Additional Computing Units allow you to work more efficiently with increased volumes of data, adding CPU and memory resources to maintain better performance.
Our system automatically backs up your data daily and retains the last 7 backups. Backups are stored securely and can be accessed or restored upon request. If you need to customize your backup frequency or storage location, please contact our support team.
Our basic tech support includes access
to our knowledge base, email and ticket system support, and
standard response times (see the current SLA) for any technical issues you may
encounter. This support ensures that you can continue using our services with
minimal disruption
Our Premium Support packages offer comprehensive services, including training, consulting, and implementation assistance. You can choose from our subscription-based packages for ongoing support or purchase prepaid hours for specific needs.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Upgrading provides immediate access to additional features or higher limits, while downgrading will take effect in the next billing cycle.

If you cancel your subscription, your
account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will
retain access to all services until that time, at which point your account will
be placed on inactive status and will be completely deleted after 3
months.
Yes, your data is secure with us. We use

information. Additionally, all data transfers are secured with SSL encryption,

Yes, our platform offers various
integrations with popular tools and services. You can connect with ERP or

your workflow. We offer ready-to-use connectors for Odoo, BAS, 1C Enterprise,
